How do I buy on heat.supply

At the listing, you choose your favourite sneakers or look them up through the search bar.  Available pairs will be listed with their current prices. You can either buy them now at the current listing price or bid lower.

Which countries supports automated shipping labels?

Not all countries are supported for automated shipping label service. Meaning we will provide you a shipping label through our logistics partner. If your country does not support this feature you will have to choose your own shipping company or local post office to ship the product to our facility. 

Countries that are supported at the moment: Belgium, Luxemburg, Netherlands, Germany, France, United Kingdom, Austria, Switzerland*, Spain, Denmark, Estland, Finland, Letland, Lithuania, Portugal and Sweden.

*Custom fees applicable.

More countries will get supported once our partner will be available in other specific countries.

Can I cancel my order?

Once you have purchased by clicking "buy now", the order can not be canceled. Contact us at info@heat.supply if any problem occurs.

Yes, you can.

In your dashboard you can manage all your listings and biddings.

How do I know if the sneakers are authentic?

Our goal is to provide you a service that allows you to buy and sell sneakers with an ease of mind. We have an experienced team that carefully reviews each sneaker that comes through. If any of the sneakers are not as described we will notify you and consult if we need to find another pair or refund fully.

Do you accept returns?

We do not accept any returns. If any problem occurs contact us within 3 days of receiving your sneakers at info@heat.supply.

How much does it cost?

For newly registered users we charge 9.5% commission fee over the sale price. Loyal sellers and buyers get rewarded by reducing commission fee and get free shipping. Every payout has a transaction fee of 3%.

What about custom fees?

We are currently operating in Belgium meaning countries in the European Union will not have to pay custom fees. Countries outside of the European Union where custom fees will be applicable as usual.

We will not ship the shoes as gift or any another amount other than the sale price.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently we do not ship internationally. We are mostly focussing on Europe at the moment. This may change in the future.

Why don't you accept PayPal?

Currently paypal is at beta testing with our partner that handles the transactions. We will implement paypal as soon as possible.
